Planning Commission

All persons interested in this matter may provide input in advance of the meeting, attend this hearing in person, or watch virtually. Interested persons not attending in person may submit written comments and questions to be considered by the Broken Arrow Planning Commission at the hearing by noon on the date of the meeting. If you wish to make a public comment or question for any public hearing item on an upcoming agenda, please complete and submit this form.

Public comments must be submitted by noon on the date of the meeting. Only one public comment related to any one agenda item will be accepted from each interested member of the public. Public comments which do not identify the agenda item or title, name and address of the submitter will be rejected. Any question or comment submitted before the deadline will be read into the record during the Public Hearing for a period not to exceed three minutes per submission.
