Broken Arrow's codes and ordinances are approved by its City Council after presentations by the City's Staff, with opportunities for input from citizens at City Council meetings.

Because of the large number of ordinances, they are kept for the City on record by the Muni-Code Corporation, with a link to that service from this site.
