The Broken Arrow Fire Department responds to calls for service within the Broken Arrow fenceline, but outside of City limits. These calls for service are charged $700 per hour per truck for fire/rescue services.
On June 3, 2019, the Broken Arrow City Council approved a new optional Fire/Rescue Subscription Program to help residents outside City limits cover this expense in case they need fire suppression or rescue services on their property. (Residents within City limits are already covered.)
Similar to LifeRide, which was already available outside City limits, this subscription service allows residents outside City limits to pay an annual fee of $102 to cover out-of-pocket expenses related to fire response calls. Residents inside City limits pay an annual fee of $77.40. Homeowners insurance or a liability policy may still be invoiced, but subscribed home and business owners will not be billed the remaining expenses.
Currently, LifeRide subscribers pay $90 annually to avoid any out of pocket expenses for EMS services, but those who choose to participate in both programs will receive a discounted rate of $162 per year.
Participation will be based on a program year effective Sept. 1 each year. Pro-rated payments may be accepted, but enrollment must be made prior to an incident requiring BAFD response.

For those electing not to participate in the Fire/Rescue Subscription program, the following payment schedule will apply. These fees are set by the Manual of Fees and shall be updated periodically.

| False Alarms/Calls (after two (2) documented false calls in rolling year) | $100 per truck/per hour |
| EMS Calls ( Non-Liferide Subscribers) with or without transport (plus expendable EMS equipment | $100 per truck/per hour |
