Each year the Broken Arrow City Council approves the city's Manual of Fees. The Manual of Fees is a resource that details the rates the city charges for its public utilities such as water, sanitary sewer, trash and more, as well as the rates for many other city services. Rates are implemented each year on October 1 and continue through September 30.
