Mural Artist, Rascal-Tanner Kerley is a locally grown artist. Born in Broken Arrow, grew up in Sedan, Kansas and ventured back to Tulsa after 20 years to pursue his art and develop into a Freelance Artist. His love of art started with a spray can and admiring writers and street artist’s alike. As his inspiration is ever developing so is his medium of choice. You’ll always recognize him by his mix of texture, design and a lil grunge!
