A full weekend of free, family-friendly fun!  Friday evening 5-8:30pm & Saturday 9am-7pm in the Rose District: Our award winning Rose District filled with Roses, Art, Kites & Music. Chalk Artist Competition, Rose Show, Free Rose Bracelets, Rose Garden Booth, Rose Art Contest Exhibit, Garden Groups , Free Kid Zone with crafts & Kites to decorate for Kite Event, Inspyral Circus Street Performers with our very own stilt-walking Rose Prince & Princess, Stage with local musicians & dance groups.
