CREOKS Help Fore Hope Golf Classic

Chip in for community health at the CREOKS Help Fore Hope Golf Classic! Join us for an 18-hole, 4-person scramble supporting accessible comprehensive behavioral health, wellness, & social services for individuals, children, & families in our community. All players will be provided with a golf cart, participation bag, lunch, (2) beverage tickets, dinner, & awards reception. Players will have the opportunity to participate in competitions earning them awards, cash prizes & more.
