The City of Broken Arrow will hold a virtual public hearing on Oct. 2, 2023 at 2 p.m. to discuss the proposed South Park South Relief Line, alternatives to the proposed improvements and the associated costs. One purpose of the hearing is to discuss the potential environmental impacts of the project and the alternatives to it. A link to the hearing can be found on this page of the city website.

The proposed project is identified in the Planning and Environmental Information Document and consists of the following major elements:

• Construct a sanitary sewer to relieve the existing South Park South Lift Station

The planning document which includes environmental information is available for public viewing at the City of Broken Arrow Engineering and Construction Office. These documents provide a detail description of the project cost, financing information and alternatives considered and environmental effects. The public is invited to attend or in the alternative send comments to bparks@brokenarrowok.gov by Oct. 1, 2023.
