Tournaments are normally drawn the Tuesday prior to the tournament. Payment must be received prior to noon that Tuesday to be included in the tournament. You can pay via PayPal / credit card on the TournamentUSASoftball site or by mail to: PO Box 2112, Broken Arrow, OK 74013. If a tournament does not make, you will receive a full refund. No refund after a tournament is drawn.
- Umpire fees paid by BA Girls Softball.
- Balls will be provided by BA Girls Softball.
- Fields will be prepared for every game (machine drag, chalk & watered).
- UIC will be present for all games.
USA Softball Rules will apply for this tournament. EXCEPTION: 8U will follow BA Girls Softball League rules.and will use the Coach Pitch portion of the 8U rules only. A complete list of league rules can be found by clicking HERE. Please take the time to review the rules before the tournament date.
The Tournament Director reserves the right to modify the tournament format and rules as needed.
There will be a gate fee. Teams will receive 3 passes in their Coach's packet at time of check-in.
