Please access the Citizen Self Service Portal to review the Special Event Regulations before completing an application for your event.

Once the application is received, your event information will be reviewed by the Events Liaison and other departments as necessary.

Please do not assume that all aspects of the event will be approved. You may be asked to make some changes to your plan based on the availability of facilities, services, and scheduling of other events.
