Nienhuis Skate Park is a popular destination for skaters of all skill levels, offering a variety of ramps, rails, pump track, and bowls to accommodate different types of skating, including skateboarding, rollerblading, and BMX riding. The park is designed with features like quarter pipes, ledges, and a variety of obstacles that cater to both beginners and more experienced riders. It's also a family-friendly environment, with plenty of space for spectators and nearby amenities like playgrounds and picnic areas. 

Proper use of the facility is posted and a surveillance camera is used to monitor patrons.

The park is self-regulated.

Protective gear is strongly encouraged.

The Skate Park sits behind the Nienhuis Park Community Center.
