The Victim Advocate provides advocacy and case management services for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, sex trafficking, and other crimes. This includes assisting victims with obtaining needed services, safety planning, resource referrals, and assisting victims with obtaining protective orders, Sexual Assault Nurse Examinations (SANE), and navigating the court system. The Victim Advocate can assist citizens with needs through Tulsa County, Wagoner County, and Tribal services.

The advocate can also help in other situations that may not be criminal, but in which one might still require extra help.

This can include:

• financial and family concerns
• issues with substances
• mental health needs
• many other circumstances
